Multidisciplinary strategist and institution builder with over 15 years of experience spanning technology, education, design, publishing, community building, and social impact.

Currently leading business analysis, product strategy and business development at Portonics, overseeing teams delivering digital products used by millions of users. I helped establish the Bengal Institute for Architecture, Landscapes and Settlements, where I led the academic programmes, publications, public engagement, and digital infrastructure during the organisation’s formative years.

A TED Senior Fellow, Founding Curator of the Global Shapers Dhaka Hub, and Curator of TEDxDhaka, I have spent much of my career building communities, nurturing ideas, and connecting people across disciplines.

My work focuses on strategy, governance, innovation, and creating platforms that help individuals and organisations thrive. I enjoy working at the intersection of disciplines, recognising patterns across seemingly unrelated fields and translating them into practical strategies, products, and institutions.

A retail distribution mobile app with around 4 hundred thousand active users
A telco self-care app’s consumer cyber security with more than a million users
A transport and travel management GDS, B2C, B2B, solution
A custom e-commerce platform for a major global brand of consumer electronics

And have been the HoD of the team of Business Analysts, and the Business Development.

At TED, I attended Senior Fellows’ programs, and the main-stage activities at
9 TED and TED Global Conferences in the US, Canada and the UK.

At TEDxDhaka, I founded, led, organised and curated
6 TEDxDhaka Conferences that produced
60 TEDx Talks on TEDx official channels.

At Bengal Institute, I produced, organised, designed and edited
15+ Post-grad Academic Semesters/Masterclasses with international faculty + related documentations and publications

At ArchSociety, as the founder and editor in chief, I built and brought the platform to becoming one of the top 5 design portals in the world, with millions of visitors and active participants with several local and global communities at its peak.
